1. Digital Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Work already started

  • Services already delivered

  • Custom development projects

  • SEO, marketing, and monthly retainers

  • Subscription periods already used

Because digital services involve time, expertise, and resources, refunds are limited.


2. Subscription Services

You may cancel a subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for previous payments.

If you were incorrectly charged due to a technical error, you may request a review within 7 days.


3. Service Quality Issues

If you believe the service was not delivered as agreed, email us at info@taskselite.com with evidence.
We will review and may offer:

  • correction of the work

  • service credit

  • a partial refund (case-by-case)


4. Fraud & Abuse

Refunds will not be issued in cases of chargeback abuse, fraudulent activity, or ToS violations.
